What we can and can’t collect


Builders waste including rubble, paint, tiles, plaster board
Household furniture including: beds, mattresses, wardrobes etc.
Garden furniture
Children’s outdoor activity toys (broken down if possible)
Electrical appliances including: ovens, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, Fridges and Freezers etc.
Paving slabs, fence panels, garden sheds, quantities of wood
Baths: plastic or cast iron, basins, toilets and cisterns
Central heating boilers, oil tanks (empty), radiators, pipes and coal bunkers
Glass of any type
Car parts including tyres, engines, batteries
Large tree trunks and tree roots
Garage doors
Trade waste including kitchen units, worktops
Televisions, monitors, microwave ovens
Lighting strips
Internal and external doors
Carpets and underlay


Chemicals (paint cans are acceptable if empty and dry
Liquid waste
Animal waste or carcasses
Pressurised cylinders including gas and air

Please note that if we discover any restricted items amongst the acceptable items then we will not be able to make the collection, sorry. Therefore if you are in any doubt please contact us in advance to discuss.
